1. Introduction I, Henry Bueno, am the data controller of your personal information as it relates to my shop, VanityDesignsInc. When you purchase a digital item from my shop, I collect and process your personal information to fulfill the order and provide customer support.

2. Information I Collect To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, and the details of the digital product that you are ordering (e.g., Order forms, Invoice templates, Canva templates, etc.).

Since my products are digital and available for instant download, I do not collect shipping addresses unless a custom order requires manual delivery via email. I do not have access to your credit card or bank account details; these are handled securely by Etsy.
