I would definitely buy from this shop again! Such great customer service, she was patient with me and understanding when my item did not deliver on expected date of arrival (this was during the holidays!) so she offered to send out another similar item immediately. My initial package finally delivered and she told me to just keep it. I highly recommend; included cute additional hand made items in package that I loved! Very pleased with my experience. =D

Can't imagine a better Etsy experience. Van is an angel. She tolerated many back and forth messages with me to make sure it was exactly what I was looking for and then got it in the mail immediately at my special request due to upcoming holidays! The post office made a mistake with the routing so it was a day late and when I let her know (I shouldn't have) she absolutely refused to allow me to pay and refunded my money despite my arguing! I will always try to go to Van for future knit/crocheted things!
