Once purchased, files can be uploaded to your laser-cutting machine’s software and are designed to work with most laser cutters, including brands like Thunder Laser.
What file formats do you offer?
Our files are provided in SVG, DXF, and AI formats, compatible with most laser-cutting machines and software. Contact us if you need another format.
How do I download the files after purchase?
After purchase, you’ll receive an email with a download link, and files can also be accessed under “Downloads” in your account.
What is a commercial license, and do I need one?
A commercial license allows you to create and sell physical products using our files. If you plan to sell items made from our designs, you will need a commercial license.
How does the commercial license work?
When you purchase a file with a commercial license, you can produce and sell up to 1,000 units of the physical product. Redistribution or reselling of digital files is not allowed.
Do you offer refunds on digital files?
