WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR DATA
I am the data controller for the personal data in this shop. Contact me at
declanwaudby4279@gmail.com with any privacy question.

WHAT I RECEIVE AND WHY
When you order, Etsy shares with me the information needed to fulfil the order: your name,
the email address on your account, your delivery country, and the order details. Etsy
processes your payment and is a separate controller for that. I use your information only
to deliver your files, answer your messages, and meet accounting and tax obligations. I do
not sell it, and I do not use it for marketing.

WHO ELSE MAY SEE IT
Etsy, as the platform hosting this shop. My email and accounting providers, as processors.
I may disclose information if the law requires it.

HOW LONG I KEEP IT
Order records are kept for 6 years to meet UK tax and accounting rules. Messages are kept
for 2 years, then deleted.

YOUR RIGHTS
You may ask for a copy of your data, ask me to correct or delete it, or object to how I use
it. Email declanwaudby4279@gmail.com. If you are unhappy with my response you can complain
to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. Deleting order data may not be
possible while tax law requires me to keep it.
