DELIVERY INFORMATION
UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class (1-3 business days delivery estimate). If no-one is present at your address on delivery, a card will be left for you to rearrange delivery or collect your item from your local Post Office depot.
International orders are sent via Royal Mail Standard services.
Order tracking information is available in your Etsy profile 'Purchase History'.
We are unable to accept responsibility for late or undelivered parcels due to Royal Mail, third-party mail services providers, customs or addresses (including post codes) being quoted incorrectly. However, in the unlikely event this occurs, please contact us & we will do our best to resolve any issues.
MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Once dispatched, approx delivery timescales for orders where 'Standard Shipping' is selected at checkout, are as follows. Please note delivery times are estimates (and not a guaranteed delivery), packages may sometimes be delayed by customs inspections, bad weather and postal service issues, which are out of my control.
UK: 1-3 business days
Europe: 3-7 business days
USA: 5-7 business days
Canada: 5-14 business days
Rest of the world: 1-4 weeks
Should your order not arrive within the above time frames, please drop me an ETSY message providing confirmation of your order details and I will look into it ASAP!
RETURN/EXCHANGE OUTSIDE OF UK
If returning items from outside the UK, you must write “RETURNED GOODS” prominently on the package. For any packages not marked as such, we will unfortunately have to deduct any customs fees, taxes and/or brokerage charges from the refund amount.
When returning an item - you are responsible for delivery costs!
As soon as the returned items are received, we will immediately issue a refund with a deduction of the packaging and handling costs (10% of the item price).
RETURNED PARCELS DUE TO FAULTY ADDRESS
Sometimes I get returned parcels from customers due to faulty address. I will not offer a refund if a package is returned for the following reasons:
- The address provided by you was not correct.
- The package is unclaimed once attempted to be delivered.
The order will be shipped to your ETSY address!!!!! Please make sure you provide the correct address.
I am happy to offer a RESHIPPING service once the parcel has been sent back to us (postage costs are on customer).
In that case, I will send you a message to confirm the shipping address, and the re-shipping cost is applicable before sending the package again.
WILL MY PIECE RESIST TARNISHING?
All our items (except leather pieces) are made of: STAINLESS STEEL - A super strong and hugely durable metal. Stainless steel is hypoallergenic making it ideal for people who tend to have a reaction to other metals.
Stainless steel will not rust, tarnish or stain and retains its high shine with little effort on your behalf.
All metals may mar or scratch with wear/friction & will age over time based on frequency of use. They may also tarnish or damage depending on the PH of the body & the circumstances of wear; in the shower, pool, prolonged sun exposure, during sleep etc.
***All our Metals comply with EU legislation (lead free, nickel free).
WHERE DO I LEAVE MY PERSONALISATION DETAILS?
Please either enter the details in the text box provided on the listing or add the item to your shopping cart and leave any instructions in the "notes to seller" text box on the checkout screen.
PREVIEW-PROOF ENGRAVING
We currently don't offer preview images of the engraving. This helps us streamline our process, especially during peak seasons - it's slowing the dispatch proccess. However, we're very confident in our team's ability to create your item exactly as you request.
GIFT WRAPPING AND PACKAGING
Your jewellery will arrive with you beautifully packaged in our signature gift box which is suitable for every occasion and celebration ( (made from recycled materials).
If you are buying as a gift, make it extra special by upgrading to our luxury gift wrap option at the checkout.
Short on time? We can ship your order directly to the recipient & print a personal message on a card for you and as a final touch. Simply add a special note to your recipient in the "notes to seller" at checkout and we will gladly include your message. Please keep in mind that all international orders will require a customs declaration form to be attached to the outside of the parcel declaring the contents and price.
Return/Exchange
We accept returns and exchanges on items that are NOT personalized, provided they are returned unworn and in their original condition and packaging.
Please ensure you contact us and return the item within 7 days of receipt.
It is important that you retain your proof of posting certificate when returning an item. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Please send us a photo of the proof of posting after dispatching the item.
If you are exchanging/returning an item-you are responsible for the shipping costs.
Shipping costs is non-refundable.
As soon as the returned items are received, we will immediately issue a refund with a deduction of the packaging, postage and handling costs from item price: £2
Cancellation of order
Please note that we are unable to accept cancellations once an order has been placed. This is due to the fees charged by Etsy, which we incur as soon as an order is placed. Once an order is confirmed, the payment processing and listing fees are automatically deducted, which unfortunately makes cancellations unfeasible on our end.
