The customer service was excellent!! Quality of threading on the name had thread hanging from it. The yellow on the letters has black faded on it so it looks dirty. The yellow leather is 2 different colors.

The coat is very high quality. VarsityCraft did a very good job communicating and showing me pictures of the patches as they were made. They even remade one when it did not match the mock-up. The coat took longer to make and ship than I expected, although I did finally receive it about 2 months after I ordered it. The coat is slightly smaller than the other large size coats I own, but the dimensions match the chart VarsityCraft had sent me. My only real complaint is that the sleeves are skinny and tight on my arms. I assume the coat is sized for a typical Pakistani person, who has skinnier build than Americans.

Amazing service great quality jackets a little lengthy on delivery

I purchased this letterman's jacket for my husband's high school reunion. The quality of the materials used and the craftsmanship are both top-notch. The jacket is heavy-weight. We live in the mid-South and this is more than enough to keep him warm in the winter, but I think those living in colder climes would like it as well. I ordered the jacket on Jan 20 and received it in early March. The seller clearly said delivery could take 6 weeks; this is just a reminder to those who might be interested to not expect quick turnaround. The seller's address is NYC but it's unclear whether the jackets are actually made there because their own website mentions that they do not have a physical store there. If the jacket is not actually made in the USA this should be clearly stated.

The items are absolutely stunning. Will definitely be placing more orders for the rest of the family and communication was top notch!
