Vasilisa's Dolls has Etsy's Direct Checkout. You can now pay with PayPal, Credit and debit cards, Etsy gift cards and other international payment methods.

Shipping

In stock orders are shipped within 1 to 3 working days to anywhere in the world. Please note that when you purchase with Credit Cards, the item cannot be shipped till we receive the payment (and it could take 2 to 3 days).

When dolls are on sale under the principle of Preorder: Copies are available for purchasing/reservation during a limited time period, and the manufacturer start the production as soon as the Preorder is Closed.

The processing and fabrication time is around 2 to 3 months (90 days max.) plus 1 month if you want an artist face up, after the Preorder is closed.

The copies being manufactured on demand, order cancellation is not possible between the moment of the order and shipping.

Shipping:

All my creations are carefully packaged using bubble wrap, and appropriate packaging to protect them.

When you buy one of my sculptures or Dolls it will be carefully packaged using bubble wrap, and double boxed (in hard cardboard box and an outside protector cardboard box).

Items will be sent by Priority mail, with signature requirement and tracking number. I will contact you with the tracking number once the item has been posted.

Insurance: I highly recommend this option to be asure your Art doll will arrived safe, REAL price must be declare if you want this option. Please let me know if you'd like to ad the Insurance option in a private message.

International customers are responsible for any fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries.
