What kind of files will I receive?
All listings clearly mention the file format included. SVG bundles come in SVG, DXF, EPS, and PNG formats (great for Cricut, Silhouette, and Glowforge). Slate and wood engraving designs are high-resolution black-and-white PNG files (300 DPI), perfect for laser engraving, sublimation, and CNC.
How do I download my files?
After your purchase is complete, you can download your files directly from your Etsy account. You will also receive an email with a download link.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the digital nature of these products, refunds are generally not available. However, please contact me if you have any issues with your purchase, and I will do my best to assist you.
Can I use your designs for commercial products?
Yes! All my files come with a small commercial use license, which allows you to use them on up to 100 physical end products. For extended or POD licenses, feel free to message me.
