Turning a Challenge into Creative Fuel: The Vector Vibes Story
Vector Vibes wasn't born in a boardroom; it was born out of necessity and a passion for design that wouldn't be silenced. Many of you may know me from Arch Theory Displays, where I poured my heart into crafting physical arch signs and displays. I loved the hands-on process, the connection with materials, and the joy of seeing my creations bring beauty to other businesses.
Then, life threw a curveball. A persistent arm injury made it increasingly difficult to continue the physically demanding work of creating those larger pieces. It was a devastating realization, forcing me to reconsider my path. But I wasn't ready to give up on design, or on supporting small businesses.
That challenge became the catalyst for Vector Vibes. I realized I could channel my creativity and experience in a new way: by designing high-quality, commercial-use SVG files for other laser businesses. This pivot allowed me to continue doing what I love, while also empowering fellow makers to thrive.
Every design in the Vector Vibes collection is a reflection of that journey. It's a testament to the power of adaptation, the beauty of digital creation, and the unwavering spirit of small business owners. I focus on creating files that are:
• Modern and On-Trend: Designs that reflect current styles, like the popular rattan look and clean, minimalist aesthetics.
• Truly Commercial Use: Clear and straightforward licensing, giving you the freedom to create and sell unlimited physical products.
• Easy to Use: Optimized for Glowforge and other CO2 lasers, with detailed instructions and features like adjustable kerf settings.
• Born from Experience: Whether it's a "Store Credit Only" sign for a retail shop or an elegant display for permanent jewelry, each design is informed by my years of experience in the industry.
My arm injury may have changed how I create, but it hasn't diminished my passion. In fact, it's fueled it. Vector Vibes is my way of sharing that passion with you, helping you bring your own creative visions to life.
