What is Templett?
Templett is an online editing platform where you can edit your template. When you buy a template, they will provide you with a link to access it within approx 5 minutes. Please make sure your Etsy email is up to date. You can then edit, save your progress, download your templates in multiple formats and get them printed if you wish.
Templett is NOT compatible with mobile devices or tablets, you'll need access to a computer or laptop. I suggest using Google Chrome since Internet Explorer, Safari, and Edge are not always up to date with the latest technology. You cannot edit the templates in other programs like Photoshop, Illustrator etc.
What can you edit?
• You can edit the text for wording, font, color, size and placement
• You can add text or duplicate existing text and re-write it
• You can edit some artwork for size and placement. (Please see individual item description)
• Edit the background color
• Upload photos/ images and QR codes
⛔️You CAN'T:
• Edit the colors of any artworks (floral design, geometric shapes)
• Change the size or orientation of the templates, but you can contact me for resizing.
Are the colors in your templates exactly the same as in the prints?
I am very careful about calibrating my monitor and doing test prints. However, since digital images are in RGB colors and prints are in CMYK colors, there may be slight differences in color depending on the calibration of your monitor. I suggest doing some test prints before printing a large quantity.

Can I print the templates at home?
Of course. Be sure to use high quality cardstock/paper and keep in mind that the colours may vary slightly. This is due to differences in screen settings, printer types, ink type and quality, paper type and quality etc.
Check your “Printer Properties” / “Printing Preferences” to make sure options such as “Fit To Page/Sheet” or a percentage less than 100% are not selected. If you have an “Actual Size” option, use it to prevent any scaling issues. Always run a test print first, print just one template to make sure there are no issues.
Although printing at home is more affordable than having your invitations printed by a professional, the quality may not be the same.
