Please hand-wash your items with a non-abrasive surface and air dry to ensure longevity.
Many of my items have metallic accents so they can't go into the microwave or else the metallic trim will spark - eek!

And don't worry, I include a small card with each order that outlines these care instructions :)

All of the tea cups/mugs you see in my shop are fully customizable, if you have another word you'd like on your item, just let me know those details in the "note" section at check out.

NOTE: (4) words max will fit on the regular circular tea cups, (2) words max on heart-shaped tea cups. Saucers fit a max of (5) words only.
**Mini tea cups (i.e Flower Girl tea cups) will only fit 2 words max

Each order is carefully created by me once it's placed so it takes me approximately 3-5 business days to get orders in the mail. This creation time could be a bit longer over the holidays and for orders of 3+ items.

Shipping time usually takes 2-4 days based on your location (longer for International orders) however, I really have no control over any delays once it's in the hands of the postal carrier.

If you're in a hurry, please add my "RUSH ORDER" option to your cart and I will get your order in the mail within 48 hrs (note that this does not expedite shipping time)

Please note that bulk orders take a bit longer to create and also need to have the shipping cost calculated based on your location - be sure to provide your deadline and zip code in your message so that I can send you all the details!

I can do the lettering in Black or in Gold Foil Vinyl. If the listing photos show black lettering but you'd prefer the gold foil, just let me know that in the "note" section at check out.
