Can I add all my bridesmaid names to the hang tags?
Unfortunately there just isn't enough room on the tags for any extra text so we cannot add individual names. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Do you offer wholesale?
We don't currently offer wholesale. We are working on adding it soon. Check back with us!
Do you offer a discount on shipping if I purchase multiple items?
Shipping is calculated by weight not item count. Etsy will add the total weight of your order and price the shipping accordingly. We only charge what the actual cost is to ship your order.
What do I do if my package arrived damaged?
First, DO NOT throw away the shipping box. The post office will need to see the damaged box with the address label visible in order to process a claim. Please take a picture of the damaged box, address label on box, and the damaged contents. They will need pictures of all three to process a claim. Contact me as soon as possible and we will file a claim. Please do not leave negative feedback before contacting us as we will do all we can to rectify the situation.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes, I do offer local pickup if you are in Texas and in the Frisco, McKinney, Lewisville area. I live in The Colony and would be happy to meet you somewhere public here in The Colony. Send me a message before you order and I can give you a coupon code so you don't get charged for shipping.
