4 out of 5 starsGood quality item nice and thick. The fur is removable didn't expect that. Shipping got a little complicated and the delivery driver was bad but the seller isn't the one that controls that.

1 out of 5 starsI was provided the incorrect tracking #, I received a tracking # for an order that was not mine. I only found this out because I contacted FedEx directly, as the seller would take several days to respond anytime I had a concern. I asked for the correct tracking # several times and was never provided it causing me to think I got scammed and a lot of worry as well. The seller would communicate to me seldomly and would directly avoid providing me a tracking number each interaction. I finally got the jacket one day, and realized it was a drop shipped item the moment I had it in my hands. Very cheap quality and has a tag on it in Japanese. I asked for a refund. Did not receive a refund until I opened a case with Etsy. I do not recommend this store and recommend avoiding since all of the items can be found on AliExpress.

5 out of 5 starsThe t-shirt is amazing! There was a problem at first with the shipping. But the seller quickly resolved it and I had my t-shirt only a few days later. The quality of the fabric feels really good.

1 out of 5 starsShe pretended to be very sympathetic but it was all acting... I asked for one of the jackets, if she can try to get it in the larger size. I asked also for it to be with a 50% discount given that I have spent over $300 but only 1 jacket was the XXL. The other 2 are far too small being over 35 cm too small to close the zippers. So she has ignored this last message. I should have returned the 2 jackets but I just didn't want all the hastles with returns, missing parcels etc. She is a drop-shipper. Others have written that size too small also. Why send such a small sizes. I think the owner does drop-shipping but she should ensure that designs are of her advertised sizing. Have I known I wouldn't have purchased. Which I didn't order any designs they didn't have in a big size of XXL or 2XL. Others complained about small sizing also
