The item is gorgeous and beautiful. There was a little hiccup with the shipping delivery which I wouldn’t have minded or been concerned about if the seller had been in touch and responded to emails. Otherwise, the seller did a beautiful job and nice quality jewelry. The ring is absolutely beautiful and arrived packaged very professional and nice.

Unfortunately I did not receive the necklace even weeks after the actual delivery date. I didn't even get a notification that the product was shipped. The seller never responded to my request. I was really looking forward to the necklace.
