Domestic Shipping
The current rate for USPS First Class Mail with tracking is $4.36. Our cost for flat rate domestic shipping is $5. This fee includes your postage, padded shipping envelop, shipping label, Etsy tax on shipping fees, protective plastic baggies, paper receipt and gas and mileage to drop off your parcel at the post office.
Domestic and International Shipping
We understand the cost of shipping is very expensive. If you like, you can send us a prepaid shipping label (UPS, USPS and FEDEX only) and we will waive your shipping fee and drop off your package at our preferred shipping courier.
FedEx: Do not overpay. Please message us after checkout so we can send you the exact costs for FedEx shipping. An invoice for FedEx upgrade will be sent to you minus the original flat rate ship fee
Casting and Plating: We will ship what we have available, unfortunately we are working at 1/3 capacity and charms will take now up to 1-2 months to manufacture. We are taking all the necessary precautions to keep our employees safe.

Each earring, charm, pendant, ring, bangle is handmade. The process starts with a wax mold of each piece. -
Wax Tree is placed inside our investment. Heated in a kiln, we let it harden and pour in molten 925 Sterling Silver -
The molten silver melts away our wax mold, we wash and snip off the bangles from the tree to plate our charms -
Depending the kind of plating, each piece is wired by hand on brass wire to be plated in our vat -
We pull our product from our vat to dry, each piece is hand snipped from the wire and inspected before shipment

Customized Charms
Yes, we can make almost any charm. Charms that require rhinestones are an extra fee
We can make any charm, Rhodium, Brass, Sterling Silver, Vermeil, Pewter, Zinc Alloy etc. We can plate at any micron thickness. USA standard is 2.5 microns. We can plate 14k gold - 24k gold. Finishes include Bright Sterling Silver, Oxidized Sterling Silver, Matte/ Satin Gold, Glossy/Shiny Gold, Black Rhodium, Shiny Rose Gold, Satin/Matte Rose Gold and White Gold.
Please message us a photo of the charm you want cast, we require at least 50 pieces to begin production.
