2 out of 5 starsI ordered 3 of these for my daughter to give to her big & little sister for their big Reveal Day. The post said they should arrive by end of March/early April and they were not delivered until middle of May...have tried messaging her twice with no response

1 out of 5 starsPlaced my order and it was not dispatched within the advised timeframe. Contacted seller directly for an update and no response. Raised a case with Etsy directly and after this I received an automatic update saying my order had been sent - no update or explanation from the seller. Received my item and while it is as described, it was not worth the month and a half wait. Poor communication and poor service. Would not recommend and will not be buying from this seller again.

1 out of 5 starsDo not buy from this shop. I ordered two bracelets in January, they say they shipped in mid February and now it is the end of March and I still have not received them. I also have not received any communication from the sellers after I have emailed them. I understand things being delayed, but it should not take a month and a half for things to ship from Arizona to Wisconsin. So I have to wonder... did they even ship them at all. And I also wonder if I am going to ever see my money that I spend on this order... hmmmm

1 out of 5 starsDO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP!! My item was never made or shipped, I reached out to the seller multiple times requesting an update and no response was received. Finally I escalated the issue to Etsy for a refund which I received. Do not recommend purchasing anything from this shop.

Everything is shipped via USPS, and tracking numbers are included with all shipments (except those with free shipping).
FOR US ORDERS
► Standard shipping w/ tracking # is USPS First-Class Package Service, which usually takes 2-7 days for delivery AFTER shipment.
► One shipping upgrade option is USPS Priority Mail, which usually takes 2-3 days for delivery AFTER shipment.
► Another shipping upgrade option is USPS Priority Express Mail, which takes 1-2 days for delivery AFTER shipment. This method is the only one that is guaranteed to be delivered within its estimated time window.
► All delivery times indicated above are estimates, not guarantees (except for USPS Priority Express Mail). They are contingent upon USPS and may vary.
If you need your order by a specific date, please contact Verse before submitting purchase to check if arrangements can be made. While Verse can do its best to help you receive your order by a specific date, Verse CANNOT guarantee any delivery dates via any shipping method.
FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
► Standard shipping is USPS First-Class International Mail. International delivery times via this method are so varied that there is no official estimate given by USPS. It may take 2-6 weeks in some cases and a couple of months in others. There is no guaranteed delivery date. While a tracking number will be provided for this method, it is unable to track the package once it leaves the US.
► Upgraded shipping is USPS International Priority Mail, which usually takes 6-12 days for delivery AFTER shipment. Delivery time for this method is an estimate, not a guarantee. It is contingent upon USPS and your country’s postal service, and may vary. Via this method, in some countries, the tracking number follows the package until it is delivered.
Regardless of shipping method, make sure that you are aware of import and custom fees that will apply in your respective country. All applicable custom fees and duties are a responsibility of the buyer. They are NOT included in any part of your Verse transaction. No refunds will be issued for refusing to accept packages with custom fees and duties.

► Insurance
Once your order is shipped and in the hands of USPS, Verse has no control over it. Insurance is not included with any First-Class domestic or international package. Priority and Express shipping methods include limited insurance and may not cover certain situations or full amount of order. If you would like to increase insurance value or add insurance, please contact Verse before submitting purchase. All insurance fees depend on the value of the order and are responsibility of the buyer.
► Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you should receive an email with a shipment confirmation that includes your tracking number. You can either follow the link directly from the email to the tracking page or you can input your tracking number at USPS.com to check on its status. Following your tracking information closely is recommended to prevent lost or stolen packages if you are within the US.
The free shipping method has no tracking number. If you would like a tracking number, please purchase one of the other shipping methods available.
► Package Check-Ins
If your package appears to not have checked in on the USPS tracking system for some time, it is likely still on its way to you. It can be the result of a delay or missed scans on its route. Be aware that USPS does not track many international shipments after their departure from the US.

Please make sure the address you have set on your Etsy is the correct address--that is the address your order(s) will be sent to.
► Incorrect Addresses
If you have provided an incorrect address, please contact Verse as soon as possible. Addresses may not be changed once order has been shipped. Packages that are lost shipping to incorrect addresses will be buyer’s responsibility and will not be refunded. Packages that are returned based on incorrect or undeliverable addresses will be shipped back out once buyer pays reshipment fee.
► Shipping Directly to Gift Recipient
You are able to ship directly to a gift recipient. All you have to do is update your Etsy address with the recipient’s address during checkout. If you have trouble doing so, please include the address in the note section of checkout and indicate that you would like it shipped there instead. You may also include a message with the gift. All you have to do is include the message in the note section of checkout.
