4 out of 5 starsI bought this as a gift for my friend, and I'm sure she's going to love it. It is very beautiful and seems well made; I'm not worried about it falling apart on her. I will say, the items on the inside of the cell don't move around as much as I thought they would; they get stuck and you have to really shake or tap with decent force to get them unstuck. Overall, a great product.

Where is my digital download?
Where is my digital download?
Once you purchase your digital download, you will receive a receipt via email where you will be given a link to download your item.
DOWNLOADS ARE ONLY ACCESSIBLE FROM A LAPTOP OR DESKTOP COMPUTER.
ETSY automatically sends this receipt to the email you signed up for your account with, so make sure you are checking all folders in that email account!
If you have an account, you can also access your digital download by going to: Your Account > Purchases and Reviews.
If you still cannot find your digital download, please message me and I will help you!
Do you accept returns, exchanges or alterations after delivery?
We do not accept returns, exchanges or requests for alterations after delivery. We ask that you communicate any specific requests through our
message conversation during the order process. We only know about a preference or request ifyou specify it in your message. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests!
What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?
VetHelpfulNotes is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping
carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item-- please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.
If a sale starts after I place my order will you refund the difference?
The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your order. For example, if the item is in a
10% off sale a week after you order we do not go back and refund all previous customers that
10% off amount.
What if my item is returned to the sender/seller after it's shipped?
If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for ANY reason the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment.
For Digital Download Products - Do you accept return or cancellation?
Due to the nature of the digital download file, no refund or cancellation can be offered. If there's any problem with the image please contact us for further assistance.
Your guides are developed from veterinary training in the U.S. Is it applicable to other countries?
Our veterinary medical notes have been enjoyed and utilized world wide. We've had repeat customers from Europe, the UK and Australia.
If any of the images are printing Blurry
If any of your images are printing slightly blurry, please contact the shop owner for an emailed digital copy that is NOT COMPRESSED. ETSY requires files to be under a certain size, so compression is required. Non compressed files can be emailed to you. Please include your desired email address.
