4 out of 5 starsI was really looking forward to receiving this necklace. I was a bit disappointed when it arrived and the heart had a few scratches and one of the edges seem to have 'rust' on it. However if I overlook those points, I really like how the necklace looks and plan to wear it all the time! (I also had to pay a custom fee, which was a bit annoying - but I know is beyond the seller's control). The packaging was very pretty and had a cute personal card/note from the seller.
