1 out of 5 starsAs with my previous review from this company, I am reviewing this item without seeing it. I have asked for a refund because I no longer need this item, which is supposed to be shipped tomorrow, although it was due in July (this is September). I have been told that the company cannot refund the item because it is already made. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE; DELIVERY DOESN'T COME WHEN ETSY SENDS A NOTICE THAT IT SHOULD BE THERE.

1 out of 5 starsWell, I am reviewing this item without seeing it. It has been 3 months since it was ordered, and I no longer need it. Cannot get a refund because the company claims that it has already been made, although it hasn't yet shipped from India, despite the fact that it was first supposed to be shipped in July and then in August. Please do not order from this company. Very bad service; I don't care what the rug looks like or what its quality may be. I NO LONGER NEED THE RUG BECAUSE THEY WERE SO SLOW IN DELIVERING IT.

5 out of 5 starsI love this rug, it is beautiful. But I did get a bill from FedEx for Duty/custom fees on the rug. I think it should have been part of the shipping cost I paid, but regardless, it is a beautiful rug.
