Soak for a few minutes, gently squeeze (no rubbing), rinse, and use a quick machine spin if needed. Reshape while damp and air dry naturally. Avoid pegs to prevent stretching or marking the fibers.

We ship from the UK. Deadlines apply to all items except custom long solid socks. Local (UK) orders must be placed by December 20; international orders by December 10 for tracked delivery guarantees. For last-minute gifts, opt for a printable PDF card with a garter image (sent immediately, with your item following) or choose a gift voucher (custom amount), redeemable post-holiday.

Most garters and hosiery are ready-made, except for custom long solid socks. Wait times for these are about three weeks (February-August) or up to three months (September-January, peak season). Contact us early for gift options, including gift vouchers, to avoid delays.

International postage costs are not covered. I may offer free reshipping as a goodwill gesture to valued customers at my discretion. Please verify your delivery address, as I cannot cover costs for returned, uncollected, or marked-delivered parcels.
