Custom and personalised orders
CURRENTLY CLOSED. If you want a completely new candle, of your favourite character or maybe even a ship you have, get in contact as these would cost a more due to the time it would take to individually make the item and do a label for it. Customised and personalised orders will be none refundable.
Labels
I do make my own labels, creating them using photo-shop, printing them and cutting them.
I do take as much care as I can in placing the labels onto the jars, however because these labels circle the entire jar, there are times where the label will not line up 100% causing a break at the back end of the label as it hasn't lined itself straight.
When will my parcel be dispatched?
Your parcel is usually dispatched within 1-3 days of ordering. I process orders on Monday Morning and Thursday Morning, meaning they will be dispatched Tuesdays and Fridays. Holidays are the exception where I will then process all orders every day and dispatch the next morning.
Are your ingredients eco-friendly?
Yes! I try to make everything as eco-friendly as possible. The wax I use is natural vegetable wax. The glitter I use is bio-glitter meaning that it doesn't contain any plastic and the mica I use is synthetic. My packaging is made up of recycled boxes and bio-degradable peanuts.
