It had been elegant, thin shelled, semi-translucent in the light, with "Jubilation" scribed on the bottom in blue Japanese calligraphy. When I broke it after 18 years, I grieved, and decided to use gold to put it back together as kintsugi. My partner, unaware, threw out the pieces while I was planning my repair project. It’s beautiful, high quality, even better than I thought from the photos, and was packed so deliberately and carefully which I really appreciate because I’m in a different country from the seller. Also, that in mind, it shipped so quickly! And I had some questions for the seller which were answered so promptly and helpfully. I cannot recommend this store enough and will be ordering more!

What if my order arrives damaged?
Please report damages to me as soon as possible. Although my products is packed with utmost care, accidents can happen.
* Upon arrival take a photo of the box before it is opened (especially if the box is damaged)
* Carefully open and unpack the box.
* Carefully unwrap the bubble wrap around the piece and take a photo
* Take a photo of the damage include the whole piece and any close up needed
If you adhere to this policy, a replacement piece may be made otherwise there will be a charge to remake the piece.
Please keep the broken product and packing materials.
