How do I access my files?
After checkout, your download will be available in your Etsy account:
Etsy → Your Account → Purchases & Reviews → Download Files.
A download email from Etsy is also sent to the email address used at checkout. If you purchased as a guest, please use the download link in your Etsy receipt email.
Do you accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations?
Due to the nature of digital instant downloads, returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds can’t be offered. If you have any trouble accessing your files, message us and we’ll help you right away.
Do you offer customization?
Custom design services aren’t included, but everything inside the template is fully editable — you can update text, colors, fonts, images, and layout to match your brand.
Do I need a Canva Pro account?
A free Canva account works for most templates. In rare cases, a few elements may be Canva Pro (fonts/photos/graphics). These can be easily swapped for similar free alternatives inside Canva.
What are the license terms?
Templates may be used for personal or commercial use (including client work). Reselling, sharing, redistributing, or re-uploading the template or any included files as editable templates is not permitted (even if modified).
Can I use the template for multiple clients?
Yes — if you’re a designer, social media manager, or service provider, the template can be used across multiple client projects. However, the editable files may not be resold, shared, or redistributed.
