The seller is so kind and accommodating, sending proof and making changes if you would like. The transaction was so easy and fun! The process was fast, the shipping was incredibly fast too. Of course! Just send us the image via Etsy messages, and we’ll turn it into a stitched design for you.
2. Do I get to preview the design before embroidery?
Yes. We provide a digital proof for approval within 1-24 hours after purchase.
4. Can I change my design after placing the order?
Minor edits are okay if requested before embroidery starts. Significant changes may incur a small design fee.
8. Do you offer custom pet or people portraits from photos?
Yes! We turn your photo into a line-art embroidered portrait. Clear, front-facing photos work best.
3. Do you accept custom bulk or group orders?
Yes! Message us for group discounts or special requests for events like weddings, family trips, or reunions.
6. How should I care for my embroidered clothing?
Turn the garment inside out, wash cold on gentle cycle, and hang dry or tumble dry low. Avoid bleach or high heat.
7. What happens if I don't reply to the proof message?
If we don’t hear from you within 3 days, we’ll proceed with the last version to keep your order on schedule.
5. Will the embroidery fade after washing?
Not at all! We use high-quality threads and stabilizers. Just follow the care instructions provided.
