Please keep in mind that vintage and antique items are used and are a minimum of 20 years old. Merchandise offered by Vintage Addicted Co. is not in new condition. Items are pre-owned and may show some wear and minor blemishes due to age and use. Each piece offers unique characteristics often as a result of its history. Should an item present an obvious flaw or repair, it will be noted in the description and / or photographs.

Note: Due to your viewing device and lighting variations the colour of items may vary slightly on internet photos. A vintage and antique item’s manufacturing date may be difficult to determine. Each piece is researched and stated dates are approximate.

Prior to placing an order, please review all photos carefully. Use your device’s Zoom feature and read the item’s description details. Do not hesitate to contact us should you require additional photos or information. We want you to be confident ordering from us and happy with your purchase.

Prices listed in the Vintage Addicted Co. shop are not negotiable.

Clothing and linen products have been gently washed and or steamed. Some items have been professionally cleaned. All other items have been dusted, hand washed or wiped clean.

Clothing purchases cannot be exchanged or returned. Feel free to contact us before ordering for additional garment measurements or fabric information and details. We want your clothing purchase to not only fit you as expected but look fabulous.

Electrical items will be sold with original wiring unless otherwise stated in the item’s description. Electrical items will be sold in working condition. We recommend that all electrical items be professionally inspected or re-wired prior to use.

Items presented as a collection or sets will not be sold separately. Collections and group items are not available for sale as individual pieces.

Be assured that Vintage Addicted Co. will carefully package your order. Your item will be well prepared for shipping. Each item is packed properly to avoid damage.

Vintage Addicted Co. makes every effort to ship your item(s) in sustainable packaging. Packing and shipping materials are often recycled or recyclable. We encourage you to re-use or recycle as much of the shipping and packaging material as possible.

Your item(s) will be shipped within 3-5 business days.

Buyers will be contacted via email with shipping date, shipping organization / company, tracking number and expected delivery date pursuant to the shipping organization / company.

Should you wish to consider Expedited Shipping, please contact vintage_addicted@hotmail.com for a tracked shipping quote prior to placing your order.

For International orders outside of Canada and the U.S., please contact us for a tracked shipping quote.  The buyer will be responsible for any duties, taxes, VAT and customs fees.

CANADIAN CUSTOMERS:  Items typically ship Canada Post – Standard Shipping (Ground).  Please allow 1-2 weeks from shipping date.

U.S. CUSTOMERS:  Standard Shipping (Ground) 1-2 weeks from shipping date.

Returned items / packages for any reason will not be refunded.  Returned items / packages will be considered abandoned by the purchaser.  Should the purchaser wish to have an order re-shipped the shipping fees and all related costs will be charged to the buyer.  Payment in advance will be required prior to re-shipping.

Once your item has been shipped, postal services and couriers assume responsibility for delay, damage or loss.  Any issues or claims should be addressed to the shipping / delivery organization.  Vintage Addicted Co. will not be responsible for any delay, loss or damage sustained during the shipping and delivery process.

Items offered at Vintage Addicted Co. are either Vintage (20+ years old) or Antique (100+ years old).  Each treasure has been previously owned and enjoyed.  Each piece has unique qualities that reflect the era it represents.
