1. Every handcrafted items is unique and therefore one of a kind: shape, pattern, color, texture as well as size are described the best we can. We do not beautify the pictures of our items but cannot be held responsible for the visual differences between virtual pictures and the real items. Examine the photos well and read our descriptions before you make your purchase. Contact us via Etsy if you have any questions to ask regarding our merchandise. We will be happy to help you clarify any doubts you may have. Underage customers (i.e. under legal full age in your country) should provide an authorization from their legal guardians/parents before buying in our shop.

2. Our prices do not include gift-wrapping, pouches or other decoration items unless stated differently. We re-use / recycle package material to save natural resources out of respect for our planet and pack our merchandise very carefully to prevent any damage during transportation. We usually send our items via registered mail as far as their sizes and destinations allow it therefore you should await your delivery and be home when it arrives or arrange a formal receipt through a person of your trust under your own responsibility.

3. We do not ship/deliver without prior payment through paypal. We usually ship within 4 business days. Please note that the postal service to overseas takes a good week (7 business days) - this makes a total of about 2 weeks after payment for your goods to arrive. We are not responsible for delays caused by higher powers or postal services delays -including but not limited to strikes etc... - as the shop/site is only to overseas customers, you are shopping tax free on our behalf. We are obliged to state what is in the package and give a circa value. The value stated on the custom sheet will be chosen in such a manner, as to possibly NOT cause any custom charges, it has nothing to do with the actual value. The same applies to us marking the package as GIFT. All these measures serve one goal: to make sure that your country will not press custom charges onto you, our customer. The currency in our shop is US Dollars. Payments should be made in the same currency. If you are located outside of Europe, yet not in the named countries, please inquire for delivery time, postal charges and whether or not we are shipping to that country.

4. We speak English and German and can communicate with you via e-mail, skype2skype as well as phone homelines/landlines. Phone calls to mobile phones cost extra, as do snail mails. 5. There is no return policy. Items are purchased as seen and stated in § 1 and ordered items are packed with the greatest care before they are brought to the post office. Obtaining compensation from the mailing thus transport company falls under your responsibility should the ordered items be damaged at the delivery. However you have to inform us right away of any problems which might occur. Our customers´ best interest as well as satisfaction matter to us greatly and optimizing each and every step of the selling process including the shipping policy belongs to our main concerns.
