Absolutely incredible item from an amazing seller. The item was wrapped securely, with packaging peanuts. The items themselves were beautifully wrapped, in black boxes with patterned tissue paper and a hand tied bow in silver ribbon. The item came with a card detailing the product history and instructions on safe use for diffusers/candles. The match box is in perfect condition, and just as pictured. The matches were a perfect length for the pot. The candle is beautiful, the votive is a lovely colour and the scent was really nice! The seller included extra sheets of tissue paper so I could unwrap the items to have a look, and then repack with fresh paper when gifting them. So much care has gone into the packaging and the customer service went above and beyond. Cannot recommend this item or this seller highly enough!
