What does "vintage" mean?

Here at Etsy, all "vintage" items must be at least 20 years old; some are much older. A few items will be unused (new old stock or NOS), but most will be used and thus will most likely have some sort of normal wear. We inspect each item as completely and carefully as we can, and we mention as many flaws beyond normal wear as we have found. We do our best to provide accurate, clear pictures of the items, and we urge you to inspect them thoroughly prior to making your purchase. We recommend that you use the zoom feature that Etsy provides to assist you. We will gladly take more photos and provide them to you upon request.

When and how will my purchase be shipped?

Items are usually shipped on the day purchased, or the next day. Occasionally circumstances may make it necessary to take longer than that. If there is any delay beyond the third day, we will contact the buyer.

All shipping is through the U.S. Postal Service by Priority Mail or First Class Package.

Shipping by UPS or FedEx MUST be arranged prior to making a purchase and is ONLY possible when USPS shipping is NOT available to the buyer. UPS and FedEx shipping usually requires extra postage fees.

Do you offer Exchanges / Returns / Cancellations?

EXCHANGES: Because all of the items in our Etsy shop are vintage (used and/or one-of-a-kind), we are NOT able to offer exchanges.

RETURNS: We will accept a return for refund if we are notified within 3 days of delivery and if the item is returned within 7 days from delivery. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Tracking and insurance are required on returns. A refund will be given for the original purchase price plus tax when the item is received in its original condition.

CANCELLATION: We will accept a cancellation within 4 hours of purchase.
