Collecting vintage patterns from as long as I can remember...

I got hooked on knitting when my Godmother knitted me a coat for my Barbie doll age 7. After that I just wanted to learn every type of stitch, and then I got into crocheting. There is simply no better feeling than seeing something being created out of nothing so to speak....
And almost as much as I love crafting I have loved poring over knitting and crochet books and magazines, looking for new and unusual stitches. Over the years I have collected quite a sizeable pattern collection. My only peeve with some of the vintage patterns is that they don't always have a reader-friendly layout, or they tend to assume the knitter has wider knowledge than they do, so my mission here is to share my favourite vintage patterns with you, adding my own explanations and tips where I see fit. I hope you enjoy these patterns as much as me, and if you knit or crochet something from my patterns, do send pics! Happy knitting and crocheting ❤️
