5 out of 5 starsImpressed with the customer service and turnaround time! Quick production and shipping (we're also in NY so that helps). The only thing I'd improve is the vinyl paper and maybe mail them flat instead of rolled. It would be helpful to have it on grid paper for easier installation but my husband managed to install both logos without messing them up. Thank you Vinyl Lab NY!
