How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most items ship within 7 business days of purchase. Bulk orders of 10+ items and orders placed around a postal holiday may require additional time.
Where do I add personalization details?
There is now a personalization box on listings. I have done my best to list everything that is needed for an order in this box (name/monogram, color choices, etc...). If you do not see the personalization box, you can place your information in the 'Note to VinylosityCo' section during checkout or shoot me a message!
Do you take custom orders?
Yes! Send me a message with what you are looking for and I will do my best to accommodate.
When will my order arrive once shipped?
Once your order is completed:
STANDARD shipping should take 3-7 business days and has limited tracking.
FIRST CLASS shipping should take 2-5 business days and has tracking available.
PRIORITY shipping should take 1-3 business days and has tracking and insurance.
You can select your shipping option during check-out.
