Returns and exchange details
If you just do not like the yarn you have purchased, I can accept a return if it is done withing 14 day after you have received a package. But please contact me first before sending it back. The yarn should be returned in the original condition (i.e. not reskeined, washed etc.), you will have to pay for the return shipping and upon receiving the package I will issue a partial refund (the total cost of your order minus original shipping cost).
I will accept order cancellation only before the package has been sent (which sometimes can happen just within 2 hours after I received an order).

ATTENTION!!!
Please note that my prices DO NOT include any VAT, GST or other taxes that your government may collect upon arrival of your order to your country. I have no legal right to collect taxes and so the information that ETSY is showing you under the listing price is INCORRECT and should be ignored! If a possibility to pay VAT upon the package arrival is unacceptable please contact me as soon as possible and I will cancel your order. I am sorry for the confusion ETSY is causing you.
Shipping
As Etsy shipping calculator can't provide correct totals for multiple items, calculated shipping is often higher than real one so I will refund the difference to you if you are overcharged for more than 1$.
ATTENTION! Shipping time to US, Canada, Australia and any country separated from Russia by an ocean is very erratic, so while most often it takes about 2-4 weeks, some packages may be delayed up to 3 months. So please do not buy from me if you can't wait that long as nothing can be done to prevent long shipping times.
Still, if your package has not arrived in 4 weeks please contact me so that I know there is a problem and can start an investigation.
If the package has not arrived in 3 months and there is no indication that it will very soon (like tracking showing that it has finally arrived to your country and moving normally through your Post system but just have not reached you yet), I will issue a refund or will send you a replacement. Please note that I do require to wait for 3 months to consider a package lost.
All orders are shipped by registered airmail with tracking number that I always provide to you. Please do note that all such mail require a signature upon delivery, so if you were not at home when a delivery attempt was made you may be required to go to your post office to receive a package or arrange a re-delivery where possible. If you consider this unacceptable for any reason, please do not buy my products.
I will do my best to ship within two working days after receiving cleared payment and will send you a notification along with a tracking number after I actually send your purchase.
Finally, as the tracking do not work in every country and even in those where it works it often is not updated properly, I would really appreciate it if you'll send me a convo or e-mail or leave a feedback upon receiving you package. I am not Amazon, so I DO WANT to know that my packages arrived to you. Thank you!
