I am an herbalist. I found myself quite intrigued with Natural Medicine / remedies at a pretty young age. I studied and apprenticed under other highly looked up to herbalists. I Started making sugar scrubs about 10 years ago. It has helped so much with keeping my skin healthy, hydrated, smooth, and glowing. It keeps your skin not just smooth as silk but smelling so good for days after having used it. I have had several of my friends with psoriasis and or eczema say that the scrubs and whipped Shea butter has helped them drastically with their skin ailments. It is just one of many things I make. I make all kinds of tinctures, fire ciders, cough syrups, hair tonics, salves, of all kinds of that sort.
How we have managed over the years, is by roughing it for some years off the grid. Not having to pay rent and bills, we were able to slowly but surely start to build a life. Right now, we are currently working on building a house and hoping to buy more land to keep doing the self-sustainable way. (At least as much as possible!)
We are very open minded, and into all sorts of different tastes in things. We like pretty much most things. That is why you will see the pin section is just a mess of all kinds of different tastes and genres.
What are we crafting?
We just made a big batch of Violet's Essentials Shea butter sugar scrub, with six delicious scents to pick from; Frankincense and Myrrh, Lavender, Sandalwood, Jasmine, Thieves oil blend, and our newest scent Palo santo. There is also some unscented for those not to big on scented stuff.
We have also whipped up a batch of Violet's Essentials Fire Cider and are about to list it on the shop. Violet's Essentials Fire Cider is an apple cider vinegar base, with many herbs and spices infused. Such herbs and spices include; Rosemary, Thyme, Green Chile, Cayenne, Turmeric, Ginger, Horse radish root, Garlic, Onion, Lemon, and Astragalus. This process usually takes at least a month. When the month is up, you press/ strain, add some raw unfiltered honey to the whole thing and you have yourself some healthy immune building goodness.
We do laser engraving of all different sorts on wood, painted tile, leather, plastic and polymers. We make all sorts of different tastes in button/pins. We do prints, and are soon here going to be doing some screen printing. (Screen printing is coming soon, not happening just quite yet, but very soon!)
