For artworks with custom colours, delivery may take longer to dispatch to ensure colours are approved by the customer before production.
For framed prints please ensure you note which wood finish you would like for your frame in the personalisation box when placing orders. If we are unable to receive conformation of the framing details after 7 days we will unfortunately have to cancel you order.

All of our unframed prints come beautifully wrapped in tissue paper secured with our Violets Print House sticker.

We have the option to add a gift note to all our prints including framed prints. 
The note will be neatly handwritten on our Violets Print House gift note slips that are made from premium textured paper.

Perfect for sending a beautifully presented gift for someone special.

If you would like a different size print to what I offer, please send me a message and I will advise if dimensions will work for the artwork and a price for the desired size print.

Storage
The packaging used in the dispatch of your print order is not acid free and is for transportation purposes only. Prints must be removed from this packaging. The tissue paper enclosed however is acid free and can be use to protect your print (tapes should not be attached, unless they are acid free).

Giclee prints should be stored in a cool dry place away from sunlight and environmental pollutants. Care must be taken to ensure the prints do not come into contact with material that is not acid free as this will cause leaching into the print(s).

Display
To increase the longevity of your print, please ensure the image is framed appropriately using only acid free materials and displayed behind UV glass.

Please send me a message if you would like a selected print in a specific colour palette, I will advise what is possible and a revised cost.

Only prints purchased with tracking will be refunded or resent in the event of a lost parcel.
Refunds cannot be applied or prints re-sent if orders are purchased with standard delivery in the event of a lost parcel.

All prints are made to order, please read the descriptions carefully to ensure you choose the right size artwork. For personalised name artworks please ensure all information is sent correct.
I can allow up to 1 hour for cancellations, after this time the print may have already been sent to production, but please send me a message to check if there is still time to change your order.

Our unframed prints are available for wholesale ordering in sizes A4 and A3. Please send us a message and we will be happy to help!
