What Color are the different types of Metals that are used in your Shop?

How do I measure Hoop Hugger Diameter?
If you are looking for that hoop-hugging look we all love, you may find that you need a custom size!
Not to worry as it is super simple but you may need a friend to help
All that you need to do is take a ruler and measure from your piercing to the edge of the piercing that you plan on wearing the earring in.
The measurement can be in both metric and inches as I realize that not everyone may have a metric scale ruler handy.

How do I measure for a cuff bracelet?
The way that I recommend customers to size their bracelets is to take a piece of nonstretchy string such as dental floss or a fabric ruler and wrapping it around the area of the wrist you intend to wear the bracelets. That length will be the size you want to choose. The bracelets will be loose without being too loose but not too tight either. If you prefer more form fitting then I would suggest a half inch down. If you prefer very loose then a half-inch up.
I would also suggest not using something like a phone charging cable as that always nets a larger size.
Why does the color and shape of the jewelry I receive vary slightly from the image?
Each piece of jewelry is crafted by hand, resulting in slight variations in color and shape. While we strive to accurately represent our products in the images provided, please understand that the item you receive may not look exactly like the one pictured. These variations contribute to the uniqueness and charm of each piece.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, I do offer exchanges on all items! Please make sure to contact me within 14 days of the item being received and we can discuss the exchange. Please be aware that the Buyer is responsible for shipping both ways on exchanges.
Do you offer returns/refunds?
Unfortunately, we are currently not offering refunds at this time. We understand the way that Etsy shows the exchanges accepted sections can be viewed as accepting returns. We are always more than happy to do exchanges on all orders so please do not hesitate to reach out!
If I use your free standard shipping, how is it shipped?
All US Domestic orders have free shipping standard and are shipped via USPS First Class mail. We do offer shipping upgrades through both USPS and Fed Ex and can be seen at check out. If you have any questions about shipping, please do not hesitate to reach out!
Who makes your items?
We do! All orders are handmade in-house to order just for you! Your order is made from start to finish from when you ordered to when it is shipped.
I am finding that the ear backs are becoming loose, what do I do?
If you notice your earring backs getting loose, simply take the ear back in your hand and gently squeeze the two scrolls together. This helps them grip the post more securely and can be done whenever you feel the earrings coming loose.
Can I expect my jewelry to look exactly like the one in the photo when worn?
While we aim to provide accurate representations of our jewelry through photography, it's essential to recognize that everyone's piercing location and ear shape are different. Therefore, the way the jewelry looks when worn may vary from the listing model images. We encourage you to embrace these differences as they add to the individuality and beauty of each piece.
