They say a picture is worth a thousand words....
A bit about me:
I am a self-taught artist. I paint because it makes me happy. I gravitate towards bright colors and unique subjects. I started painting when a serious health issue forced me to change my lifestyle.
A bit about my paintings:
I use only high-quality watercolor paper (140#) (unless otherwise noted in the listing) which is acid-free for strength and longevity.
Matted paintings are professionally matted, with a backer board, with linen hinging tape, which is acid-free cotton with acrylic adhesive which is permanent and non-yellowing.
I also use only professional watercolor paints sourced from around the world. I use only permanent archival ink.
The professional watercolor paints I use are (in no particular order):
Daniel Smith - Seattle, Washington, USA
White Nights - Russia
Rosa Gallery - Ukraine
Kuretake Gansai - Japan
Royal & Langnickle - Munster, Indiana, USA
Sennelier - France
Winsor & Newton - London, England
Schmincke - Cologne, Germany
Rembrandt - Netherlands
I do not take commission (custom ordered) paintings.
A bit about shipping:
Your painting will be carefully packed to be shipped to your or your recipient as follows: The painting is slid into a cellophane sleeve with a cardboard backer, then placed into a stiff cardboard mailer. This ensures that the painting is not bent or folded or creased or rolled prior to receipt. All paintings are shipped via USPS First Class Mail with tracking.
If you have any questions about an artwork, or need any additional information, please feel free to contact me.
I hope you enjoy browsing the wide selections of unique watercolor paintings I have listed and trust that you will find something that will put a smile on your face!
