My item arrived damaged, can I get a replacement?
In the event of a damaged item, please contact the shop seller with:
1. A summary of the damage
2. Picture evidence of the damaged item
Both are required and will be submitted to the Merchant Support Team to determine if a replacement or refund is eligible or not.
What is the average production time on orders?
Each product in our shop has its own production time. On average, products are produced within 2-7 business days. Holidays, COVID-19 restrictions, and high volume seasons can cause production times to rise. We ask for - and appreciate - your patience during these times!
