Returns and exchanges
Customer satisfaction is my Number 1 priority.
Excluding earrings for sanitary reasons, my return policy is simple, if you are dissatisfied, for any reason, simply return your purchase to me within 7 (seven) days of purchase for a full refund, less postage. When the return item(s) are received, a refund will be promptly processed. Suggest you mail any returns using insured mail.

Earrings are not returnable. Please 'convo' me with any questions you may have prior to purchase.
