My package is missing what do I do?
If your package says it has been delivered, please check with your local post office. We are not responsible for missing packages once tracking has confirmed it has been delivered.
For delayed or lost mail we will work with the buyer to resolve the situation. It is very rare that mail ever gets lost but in most cases it gets delayed. We are not responsible for the speed once the package leaves our store.
