Just send us a message with your engraving text. If you have the text as a different format than text you will also be able to upload your files through the chat.
Can I see a preview before purchasing?
Yes! Just reach out to us in the chat and we will send you a preview and size recommendations.
Are there options for longer messages?
Yes. Depending on the formatting of your text we might be able to accommodate more text on the boards.
Custom and personalized orders
Unfortunately not. Due to the price variance in the different types of wood we offer, we cannot mix and match orders for different wood types.
How long does it take to receive my order?
We make most of our orders within 48 hours. The shipping that is included with your order is USPS Ground Advantage, which delivers within 5 business days. So without any shipping upgrades your order will arrive within 6-7 business days.
Can I include a personalized note with my gift?
Yes. By default, your gift note will be printed on paper with Etsy's gift message formatting. For any custom formatting please reach out to us directly.
How should I care for my wooden poem once received?
If kept indoors, no further product or finish needs to be applied. For outdoor use a protective coat of lacquer or polyurethane is necessary.
