✨ What kind of quality can I expect?

Each item is printed using DTG printing, which is great for detailed graphic designs and everyday apparel. I use quality garments that feel comfortable to wear, and every piece is made to order with care after you place your order.

📦 When will my order ship?

Each item is made to order, so it usually takes 1–3 business days to prepare before shipping. I always do my best to get orders moving as quickly as possible. Once your package is on the way, you’ll receive tracking information.

🔁 Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Since each item is made just for you, I usually can’t accept returns or exchanges for size issues or change of mind. But if something arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please message me with photos — I’ll help make it right.

📏 How do I choose the right size?

Please check the size chart before ordering. If you like a more relaxed streetwear fit, sizing up can be a good idea. I also recommend comparing the measurements with a shirt or hoodie you already own.

🧼 How should I wash my item?

To keep the print looking fresh, wash your item inside out with cold water and similar colors. Hang drying is best, but if you use a dryer, keep it on low heat. Please avoid bleach, dry cleaning, extra spin cycles, and ironing directly on the printed design.

⏳ Can I change or cancel my order?

Please message me as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. Since everything is made to order, I may not be able to make changes once production has started.
