4 out of 5 starsI bought 2 posters at the same time, one arrives in good condition and this one wasn't. the corner is folded and creased. I asked a replacment, the 2nd one is still defective. They sent me the 3rd one and finally it is perfect. These are well packaged, but somehow still being damage (the dent are made on the packaging and damaged the inner packed goods. The customer service responded promptly.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a notification once your order is on the way.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER? WHAT IF MY PRINT ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or Etsy messages.
If your print arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery and include clear photos. I’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund where appropriate.
