Customer service- 10/10 I originally reached out for a different design to see what it would look like with my initial. And they accommodated quickly. As I kept thinking about it, I really loved this floral design but it was only offered for 1/2 gen., so I took a shot and asked if they were able to create the design for 4gen and seller had no issues creating that for me! Completed in a few days for me to see the design plus the posting has a link to test the customization yourself which I appreciate because I tried variations before ultimately decided I liked it simple as is. Definitely recommend !
