If you would like to order a ring but are unsure of your size, we recommend that you have your finger measured by a jeweler to ensure a proper fit. We advise that you know your exact size before placing an order. There is an extra charge of $10.00 for sizes 10 and up, we do half sizes as well. Please message us if you have any size related questions.

Processing time is NOT shipping time. It is the time it takes to make and package an order. Most of our jewelry is made to order, but we do have various pieces in stock. Processing time varies from 3 - 14 days.
Shipping time for domestic orders is typically 2-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number once it is shipped.
International orders usually take about 1-3 weeks to arrive depending on your location.

We use Sterling Silver 925 and other precious metals such as gold. We stamp our jewelry ONLY upon request.
Most, but not all of our jewelry pieces have the Vvilk logo incorporated as part of the design.

All Vvilk pieces are carefully hand finished one at a time and therefore, no two are identical. Every item is an individual creation and may have natural variations and blemishes that are not product flaws, but minor distinctions inherent in the manufacturing of jewelry products.

If you choose to return your item for size, finish or any other adjustment, you are responsible for all shipping and labor related expenses. Refunds do not include the cost of shipping, only the cost of the item. Please message us directly regarding any changes you wish to make to your order.

All of our items ship with USPS. If you choose domestic First Class Mail or First Class Mail International (the most affordable option) please note that it doesn't come with insurance or tracking and we can't be held accountable if the package goes missing or is delayed. We have never had a case of a package getting lost but sometimes items take longer to arrive and are most likely stuck in customs (international deliveries generally take between 7–21 days to arrive, but USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times with first class shipping so this can take longer.) If you choose First Class shipping, please note that Vvilk is not responsible for any lag, delays, or item issues once USPS has the item in their care.
