She was always professional, patient, and responsive, answering all of my questions and keeping me informed throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond by sending welcome bag samples so I could compare the colors and quality before placing my final order. She also worked with me to ensure the shirt names, sizes, and welcome bag selections were exactly what I wanted. My order was completed and shipped on time, and the quality of both the T-shirts and welcome bags exceeded my expectations. Her prices were very reasonable, and I truly appreciated her honesty and willingness to help me make the best decisions for our reunion. Customer Service was excellent.
