Returns and exchange details
Items need to be sent back in their original and undamaged condition. All returned items must be sent back in their original packing.
My postage costs are not refundable. If the initial shipping was free, returns within Australia will incur restocking fees of (AU $ 6) to cover my initial postage/packing costs and etsy fees.
Please note: Custom orders cannot be returned.
