We cannot provide any refunds or returns on personalized items unless they are damaged or defective. In the event of something happening to your items, please contact us.
Lost Mail/Wrong Address/Return To Sender
We are not responsible for lost mail, wrong addresses, or return-to-sender fees. Any packages sent back to us will not be refunded and reshipment fees are required, along with a verified address.
