Frequently asked questions

Do you take on custom orders?

I rarely take on custom orders due to the nature of my products. However, if you see an item in the store that you wish had minor changes (chain length, addition/removal of gemstones, etc) I'm more than happy to fulfill this.

If you have any custom ideas feel free to send them to me, however, bear in mind I do not use flowers sent from customers.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

100% of the packaging materials are biodegradable or recycled plastic. Be assured no plastic is purchased for this shop. Please recycle, compost or reuse any packaging to reduce environmental damage.

How do I care for my jewellery?

Keep jewellery away from moisture, aerosols, perfumes etc as this will tarnish the metal. Store in a dark, dry place, in the fabric pouch provided to avoid scratches.

Custom Regulations?

Please be aware of your countries custom regulations before placing your order. Orders destroyed due to customs will not be refunded.

Reshipping and Returned Orders?

If orders are returned due to incomplete/incorrect addresses, failure to collect from the your local sorting office or other reasons out of my control, orders can only be reshipped if the cost of delivery is re-paid, otherwise a refund deducting the cost of delivery will be issued.

Where do you get XXX supply?

I do not disclose my suppliers.

I need the product by XX date, can you do this?

Please contact me before placing your order if you need it dispatched quickly. I have a full-time job so dispatch times can sometimes take 5-7 days. I usually dispatch orders on Saturdays and Mondays - I can usually dispatch quicker if necessary but please get in touch first.

Also, please bear in mind that postal services can be delayed, especially under the current circumstances, so I cannot promise an order will be delivered by a certain date. Once I have dispatched an order the delivery times are out of my control.

Why do you not do free shipping?

There's no two ways about it - shipping isn't free. When you order something that has "free shipping", the cost is included in the product price. I have tried free shipping before and there's two ways of doing it, either every product price has the full shipping cost included, or a fraction of the cost so when customers buy multiple products it covers the shipping costs.
There's two issues with this - the first option means anyone who buys multiple products over pays for shipping. The second means anyone who buys 1 or 2 products under pays, and anyone who buys more than 3 or 4 overpays.
Accurate shipping costs just make it fairer for customers as well as myself. Hope that explains it :)
