4 out of 5 starsFirst order never arrived, a second order was sent out and eventually arrived to the person the gift was for. Delivery and not receiving tracking second time round is the only reason for the 4 stars. The gift itself is a 5 star.

I create all items to order, and as such am unable to process your order until payment has been made in full. I offer Credit/Debit card payment facilities as well as Paypal payments. All my payment facilities are offered through leading payment gateway providers. I take your online security and safety very seriously. I do not have any access to any of your personal Credit/Debit card details only information such as your name and address so that I can full-fill your order. All payment methods are completed through SSL internet connections which offer you the highest possible levels of online security.

Delivery
Once payment has been made in full I endeavour to manufacture and ship the next working day. At busy periods and certain crafted products this can extend to 5 working days. I package all my products in secure sturdy packaging to ensure your items reach you in the same condition they left my studio.

I dispatch all my orders by Royal Mail, International orders are sent by Royal Mail Airmail.
Domestic Shipping Time 48 hours from dispatch, this normally means that you receive your goods 3-4 days after cleared payment has been made
European Shipping Time 3-5 days from dispatch, this normally means that you receive your goods 7-10 days after cleared payment has been made.
USA Canada Shipping Time 5-7 days from dispatch, this normally means that you receive your goods 10-14 days after cleared payment has been made.
I have chosen Standard quality shipping methods which allow your goods to arrive in a timely fashion at extremely cost effective prices. I am able to offer other quicker shipment methods if required. Please message me with your particular requirements.
