Hey everyone, I'm returning to my shop after two months of rest and recovery. I underwent a few operations to remove cancer from my head/neck which left me with depleted energy and feeling overwhelmed, so I made the difficult decision hold off until I was certain I'd be able to perform to the best of my abilities once again. I'm still recovering right now, but with twice as much energy as I had in April. Figuring out my new normal but I'm happy to be back and will continue trying my best. I'm going to be updating some products and pricing in the coming weeks, so some things may move around the store a bit. Happy hatting!

All my products are USMCA compliant and are tariff free to the US. Due to the recent Canada Post strike, I am shipping with ChitChats for all my orders so there are no disruptions to service.

I make high temp, high resolution hat blocks and associated millinery equipment - none of the frills, all the functionality. I am based in Vancouver, Canada allowing for a quick turnaround time for my neighbors to the south. I print all my blocks using Canadian-Made temperature resistant materials which maintains strength up to 105C (221F), higher than the temperature of steam, do not allow moisture to penetrate and are TWICE the temperature resistance over PLA printed blocks (55C/130F) - perfect for any first timer or seasoned hatter looking to fill out their collection with the odd remaining sizes who want reliable, heat resistant, quickly shipped hat blocks produced in North America using Canadian-sourced materials.

I have ordered from this particular seller before and his products are excellent quality and easy to use. This most recent purchase is a 3D printed and finished hat block, meaning the print lines can be seen but are smooth so it releases easily after forming the hat with steam. I already have the stand, cutter, and other tools from a previous purchase, but you can still probably block a hat with just this.

The block and stand are well designed, the rounding jack works well, the brim curler doesn’t work for me as well as I hoped and the tip of the pusherdowner wore out quick. Easy way to get into hat making though!

The hat block worked exactly as planned. My Panama straw Stetson hat got back its original form. I purchased at least four of these almost every year in the past 5 years living in Arizona, to get the shape back. If I had thought about this earlier I'd have $500 more in my pocket! It's wonderful that one young man has the talent to make these on a 3D printer. It is very durable and well done. If I'm allowed to say It's Made in the USA!
